Scope and company responsibility
This policy applies to StoneToned, Inc. websites, public product pages, waitlists, newsletters, and related online services. Some future products may be operated by an affiliated product team or subsidiary; those products may publish additional privacy notices that control for their specific features.
StoneToned, Inc. is the controller or business responsible for personal information collected through this website unless a service-specific notice says otherwise.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- email address and product or newsletter subscription choices;
- product, waitlist, feedback, support, or business inquiry content you send us;
- source page, confirmation, unsubscribe, and delivery events;
- technical and security data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, and request paths; and
- information you provide when exercising a privacy right or communicating with us.
An email address and an IP address can be personal data under applicable law. We ask for only the information needed for the specific interaction.
How we use information and legal bases
We use personal information to:
- operate the website and respond to requests;
- manage product waitlists and send product-specific updates you requested;
- send newsletter communications only where you have joined that list;
- secure the service, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and maintain audit records;
- measure delivery and reliability without building an advertising profile; and
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights and safety.
Depending on the interaction, our legal basis may be your consent, steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, or a legal obligation. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
Waitlists, newsletters, and email choices
The public forms send submissions to a dedicated API. A waitlist submission is kept separate from the general newsletter and does not silently subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Newsletter subscriptions should use confirmation before marketing messages are sent. Every promotional email should include an unsubscribe path. You can also contact us at to unsubscribe or ask us to suppress your address.
Cookies and similar technologies
This public website uses a necessary cookie to remember your consent preference. Google Analytics 4 and additional first-party usage tracking are optional, disabled until you consent, and may use cookies or similar identifiers to provide aggregated information about how visitors use the site. The static page submits forms with cookies omitted. Hosting, CDN, and API security systems may still process technical request logs.
This notice stores a necessary stonetoned_cookie_consent preference so we remember your settings. Google may process information under its own terms and privacy practices. You can change or withdraw optional consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
“Accept all” enables every listed optional category, “Necessary only” leaves them off, and “Customize” lets you choose each optional category. Strictly necessary technologies may be used when required to provide a feature you request or to secure the service.
A static website can technically use browser cookies or receive cookies from an API, but “static” does not remove privacy obligations. We will not use cookies to create a hidden profile of visitors.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with providers that help us host, secure, operate, deliver, and support the website and communications. They may process information only for our instructions and the services they provide to us.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with affiliated StoneToned companies when needed to operate a product, and with authorities or other parties when legally required or necessary to protect people, systems, or rights. We may also share information during a financing, merger, restructuring, or asset transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including delivery, security, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution needs. We periodically review retention and delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete or suppress it without undue delay where required and technically feasible. We may retain limited information when required by law, needed for legal claims, or necessary to prevent fraud and protect the service. Suppression records may be retained so we do not contact you again.
Your privacy rights
